Editorial Guidelines
Editors are important part in building the public image of the journal, and it is crucial that editors work with the following guidelines:
- Impartial: The Editor must not be partial in choosing peer reviewers.
- Uberrimae Fidei: The Editor must discharge his or her duty in utmost good faith, especially in making recommendations and building the reputation of the journal.
- Assigning Reviewers: The Editor accepts manuscripts from the Editorial Unit and assigns the manuscripts to reviewers with adequate knowledge and expertise in that area of research.
- Confidentiality: The Editor must ensure that manuscripts are not disclosed to unauthorized individuals or entities.
- Quick Response: The Editor must be quick and active in responding to all parties involved in the journal.
- Ethical and Professionalism: It is the responsibility of the Editor to be ethical and professional when acting in all matters involving the journal.
- Standard and Compliance: The Editor must ensure that the manuscripts meet requirements and are in compliance with international standards as applicable to article publication.
- Plagiarism Check: The Editor must ensure that all manuscripts are free from plagiarism.
- Recommendations: The Editor makes recommendations that will improve the standard and reputation of the journal.
