Reviewers Guidelines

Reviewers are important part in manuscript edition, and it is important that reviewers must work with the following guidelines:

  1. Impartial: The reviewer must not be partial and discharge the duty unbiased.
  2. Uberrimae Fidei: The reviewer must discharge his or her duty in utmost good faith. The reviewer must be transparent and honest in reviewing the manuscript.
  3. Confidentiality: The reviewer must ensure that manuscripts are not disclosed to unauthorized individuals or entities.
  4. Quick Response: The reviewer must review the manuscript on time and ensure immediate response when needed. Efficiency and effectiveness must be incorporated by the reviewer in the discharge of his or her duty.
  5. Ethical and Professionalism: It is the responsibility of the reviewer to be ethical and professional during the process of reviewing. All reviewed manuscripts must follow prescribed standards as applicable to manuscript review.
  6. Standard and Compliance: The reviewer must ensure that the reviewed manuscripts meet the requirements and are in compliance with international standards as applicable to article publication. The manuscript must be the original work of the author and free from plagiarism. Data provided in the manuscript must be verified to ensure its authenticity.
  7. Recommendations: The reviewer makes recommendations on the reviewed manuscript. The recommendations must be precise, objective, and unambiguous.
  8. Continuous Improvement: The reviewer must ensure to continuously build capacity in his or her area of expertise.
